Description

KEBOSOL CA is non-ionogenic surfactant made of a selected fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide. It acts as wetting agent and defoamer at the intermediate and low-product working.

              • a more rapid and more complete deaeration of the molasses

                Dosing, Addition

                KEBOSOL CA may be charged together with the run offs to be boiled or even added to the different strikes in the crystallizers. If necessary KEBOSOL CA can be prediluted with cold or warm water in the ratio 1:5 prior to addition. To reduce the viscosity of the undiluted KEBOSOL CA it is recommended to store the packages for a time in a warm environment (e.g. close to the evaporators) prior to use. In general 500 g KEBOSOL CA corresponding to 10 ppm is sufficient for 50 tons strike.

                    In closed original packages KEBOSOL CA is storable for at least two years.
