Description

A broad spectrum biocide based on of dithiocarbamates which is added in the extraction area at the sugar processing to avoid losses in sucrose caused by microorganisms. The broad spectrum of action of KEBOCID 310 ensures the inactivation of bacteria, yeasts and fungi.

    Dosing, Addition

    The dosing rate amounts to 10 - 20 ppm referring to raw juice draw-off.

      All parts (such as pump head, tubing system) coming into contact with KEBOCID 310 should be made of plastic, as in presence of iron ions reactions with the concentrated ingredients are possible, which may reduce the efficiency.
        KEBOCID 310 should be dosed at 2 - 3 points of good circulation. The following dosing points have proved to be successful:
        - mid of tower
        - press water circuit resp. collecting lines after the presses
        - at the bottom of the extraction tower into the circulation juice or
        - into the suction line of the cossette pump

            Storage

            In closed original packages KEBOCID 310 is storable at temperatures from +5 to 35°C for at least 1 year. Protect from frost and heat.
