A non-silicone antifoam designed to control foam in a wide variety of processes. It consists of mixture of fatty acid esters and alkoxylates and is free from mineral oils.
Typical dosage of KEBOSPUM FES is between 0.03 liters (in case of molasses as substrate) and 0.15 liters (thin juice from beet as substrate) per cbm of fermentation broth. The exact dosing rate, however, is dependent on several circumstances and can be determined in practice only.
