Description

Silicone and mineral oil free antifoam for a wide range of fermentation processes. In particular effective in aerobic fermentation processes such as yeast, citric acid, amino acid, vitamine and antibiotics production. KEBOSPUM HES works best in the temperature range of 30 – 40 °C and can be sterilized without any problem.

    Dosing, Addition

    The consumption rate of KEBOSPUM HES amounts to 1.0 - 3.0 kg per ton of dry matter in the fermentation broth. The exact dosing rate, however, is dependent on several circumstances and can be determined in practice only.
